Hypnosis is a natural state of the mind. It allows your conscious mind to be silent and gives the power of speech to your subconscious mind. This enables it to channel the true answers and the understanding of the core of your issues, consequently leading to a lasting change in your life. We will have a closed-eye conversation; nevertheless, you will hear and feel everything that is happening around you. You are safe being in a hypnotic, relaxed state and you have full control of what is happening at any moment of the session. After all, we are constantly experiencing a hypnotic state in our lives. Remember, for instance, of a time when you reached your home after work without even noticing it.
What if I don't want to be hypnotized?
That's fine. Hypnosis is just one of the tools used for the session and it is not mandatory.
