THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINE THE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY (RTT), HYPNOTHERAPY, COACHING, AND ANY DIGITAL OR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM IGNE KINCIUTE. BY BOOKING A SESSION OR PURCHASING A PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

LIABILITY OR CLAIMS RELEASE
By participating in sessions with Igne Kinciute or purchasing any products, you acknowledge and agree to release Igne Kinciute from any liability or claims related to your mental and/or physical well-being during and after the agreed-upon work. While Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and hypnosis have shown positive outcomes, individual results may vary. Igne Kinciute is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the therapy or coaching sessions.

SCOPE OF PRACTICE
Igne Kinciute offers Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), which includes hypnosis and regression techniques. RTT is a natural, safe, and relaxing method where clients remain fully conscious and in control but experience deep relaxation. During an RTT session, the client is usually regressed back to early memories to help discover the root cause of their issue. The client and Igne Kinciute work together using different tools to gain an understanding of where the belief/behavior originated, with a view to changing it. You hereby give Igne Kinciute full permission to hypnotize you and to use Rapid Transformation Hypnotherapy with the understanding that you do so at your own risk.

You understand that Igne Kinciute is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner of any kind and that hypnosis should not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or doctor. Individuals diagnosed with epilepsy or a psychotic illness should not participate in hypnosis. If you use RTT and are under medical care for ANY condition, DO NOT make any adjustments to any prescribed medication without the approval of your doctor. If uncertain whether hypnosis is right for you, please consult your physician.

PERSONAL DETAILS
The information you provide is, to the best of your knowledge, full and correct. You undertake therapy with the understanding that it is a collaborative process and that progress depends in part upon your own motivation and participation.

PARTICIPATION
You give Igne Kinciute full permission to hypnotize you and to use Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), understanding that your active participation in the process and commitment to listening to your personalized recording for 21 days play a key role in your overall success.

GUARANTEE
You understand that although Rapid Transformational Therapy has an incredibly high success rate, Igne Kinciute does not guarantee results since your personal success in the session(s) depends on many factors that Igne Kinciute cannot control, including your willingness and desire to affect changes within yourself.

AUDIO RECORDING(S)
You give Igne Kinciute full permission to make audio recordings that may include your voice. You understand that if a recording (or recordings) are made during or after your session(s), Igne Kinciute retains full copyright over any forms of media that may be produced and distributed to you.

DEEPENING PROCESS
(in-person) You grant permission to Igne Kinciute to respectfully lift your arm, touch your shoulder, or rock your head during your Rapid Transformational/hypnosis session(s) in order to help facilitate the deepening process.

CONFIDENTIALITY
You consent that Igne Kinciute may release information to a specific individual or agency if it is determined that a child or elder is at risk of or is currently experiencing abuse; if you are in imminent danger to yourself or others; or if a subpoena for records has been issued. You also understand that Igne Kinciute may discuss aspects of your case with professional colleagues for consultation purposes, ensuring your full name and identity remain confidential unless you have given explicit permission otherwise.

You acknowledge that your personal data (such as your name and place of residence) may be shared with third-party collection agencies in the event of unpaid fees.

PAYMENTS
All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or email. Payment must be made before the session/program/product purchase via credit card or as agreed. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of the appointment. You agree to pay any applicable surcharge on payments made by credit card. Unless otherwise stated, all amounts shown are in Swiss Francs (CHF). The currency and amount will be displayed before you make your payment. Your financial information is not stored on our platform. Payments are securely processed through Stripe, and their privacy policy can be reviewed here.

REFUND
Payments for completed sessions and digital products are non-refundable. Once a package or program has started, refunds will not be provided. In cases of medical emergencies or extreme circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved under exceptional circumstances. Digital and downloadable content is strictly non-refundable.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance on business days without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, recordings, and content provided during sessions remain the property of Igne Kinciute. Clients may not copy, distribute, or share materials without written permission.
