RTT

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a therapeutic approach developed by renowned therapist Marisa Peer. It combines various techniques from neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy, and psychotherapy to address and resolve deep-rooted issues and facilitate rapid personal transformation.

RTT aims to uncover and reframe the subconscious beliefs and thought patterns that may be holding an individual back or causing emotional and behavioral challenges. By accessing the subconscious mind through a deeply relaxed state, often achieved through hypnosis, RTT helps individuals identify the underlying causes of their struggles and reprogram their thinking patterns.

During an RTT session, the client explores and understands the origin of their tissue, often tracing it back to childhood experiences or significant life events.

By uncovering these root causes, the therapist can help the client reframe and reinterpret those experiences, creating new empowering beliefs and behaviors.

RTT is known for its efficiency and effectiveness in producing rapid and lasting results. It can be applied to a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, phobias, self-esteem issues, weight management, addictions, relationship problems, and more. The goal of RTT is to empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives by addressing the subconscious barriers that may have been holding them back.
